ALPHA SERIES
The Diamex ALPHA Series is a family of monolithic velour-type materials researched and developed to withstand the rigors of most primary polishing processes.
The ALPHA Series pads consist of a main fibrous structure formed by a combination of synthetic and natural fibers and elastic polymers, which serve to coat the fibers, fill voids and lock the fibers in place. The ALPHA Series stock removal pads have a three-dimensional pore structure, radically differing from the two-dimensional structure of conventional knits and fabrics.
BETA SERIES
The Diamex BETA Series polishing pads are a family of intrinsically formed polyester/polyurethane materials specifically developed for intermediate and final polishing applications.
All Diamex pads in this group are suede-type napped poromeric materials, designed to endure various mechanical stresses and compression deformation. Each type of Diamex poromeric pads has unique advantages and functional characteristics for superior performance in the field of precision processing and polishing of semiconductor crystals, rigid disks, glass, metals, and plastics.
